No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy At Beauty by Zeta, I value your time and ask that you value mine as well. To ensure a seamless experience for all clients, the following policy is in place: • No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without any prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the appointment cost. • Late Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment with less than a 36 hour notice, you will be charged 50% of the appointment cost. This fee can be applied as a deposit toward a future appointment if you choose to reschedule. By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy.
